| Positions at District Project Coordination Unit | |||
| 1 | District project Coordinators | DPC will be responsible for establishing coordination of project activities being implemented by BPIU and ensure fruitful liaison with financial institutions, NGO and Government departments in the respective district. DPC will position him/herself as to represent project in bankers' forum, meeting of civil society organizations and committees advising to Government development programmes. DPC will be involved in providing programmatic as well administrative handholding support to the block teams. The DPC will also be responsible for consolidating of district plan, monitoring activities accordingly and making report to SPMU. DPC will mentor block team and ensure effective functioning of system and human resources there. | Post graduate degree/diploma in management /Rural Management/ Social Work/Agriculture/Fishery from a recognized University or Institution).
